1. General Terms

54db (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. By opening an account, placing bets, or using any service on 54db, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. However, in the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. 54db reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may operate one account only.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Process

54db may require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before your first withdrawal or for transactions exceeding ৳50,000. You will need to submit one of the following documents:

3. Betting Rules

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Minimum bet amount is ৳100 and the maximum limit may vary depending on the specific event.
• Odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your account.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 54db reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Live Betting

For live betting, internet latency may cause a difference between the odds displayed and the time a bet is placed. 54db always considers the odds at the moment the bet is accepted as final.

4. Payments & Withdrawals

54db supports fast and secure transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to be processed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed without KYC verification.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

54db regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotional deals for its members. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by using a VPN will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

6. Responsible Gaming

54db believes gaming should be fun, not stressful. We encourage all members to develop healthy, responsible gaming habits.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits.
• You have the option to temporarily suspend your account for a set period if needed.
• To permanently close your account, please contact our support team.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 54db and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Participating in or facilitating match fixing or sports manipulation.
• System manipulation through arbitrage betting or Martingale strategies.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

54db reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• In cases of registration using false or incorrect information.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• When directed by legal or regulatory authorities.

Members may contact the support team at any time to close their account. Please ensure all available balance is withdrawn before the account is closed.
